Interval Day

Just a quick post as I have approximately a bazillion things to do today, but still managed to make it to the gym to get on the treadmill for some intervals.

Today felt pretty good, if a bit rushed. I did a slow warm up for 1 mile, at 10:10/mile, then 400m, 800m, 800m, 400m, at 8:34, then another slow, easy mile.

Feels good because 8:34 was my goal for NEXT week, so now I'll have to get even speedier before the end of the month!
