Great run on the treadmill today! I ended up with blisters in my arches after Friday's run, so even though it was 9* outside on Saturday and 5* on Sunday, I opted for giving my feet a rest rather than worsen the blisters with an outdoor run. The warm weather also meant that I didn't get out cross country skiing over the weekend, so I was dying to get moving this morning! 3 miles at level 6 felt easy. Time to up the speed for those 3 mile runs, I think.
Only one problem - the blisters are back! How do I get rid of these things?
